A sentencing judge was not bound to proceed on the basis that a count of conspiracy to supply Class B drugs and a count of conspiracy to supply Class C drugs were manifestations of a single conspiracy, where the offender was a member of a criminal gang that had operated as a going concern for a considerable time, had embraced the supply of drugs on an enormous scale and where the conspiracies involved different activities.
