ADMISSIBILITY OF EVIDENCE OF TEXT MESSAGES

The first appellant’s conviction for conspiracy to cause explosions likely to endanger life or cause serious injury to property was safe as text messages were admissible as evidence where there was ample evidence that they were sent by a co-conspirator. Although they were not sent in furtherance of the conspiracy, they were sent to congratulate those involved in the explosions.
