ADEQUACY OF PRISON CONDITIONS TO PROVIDE PROTECTION

The extradition of a Polish national was not in breach of the European Convention on Human Rights 1950 art.3, notwithstanding that he claimed to have received threats that he would be infected with HIV if he were to return to Poland, as there was no evidence that prison conditions were such that he would not receive adequate protection.
